The Treasurer's office hours for collecting taxes are Wednesday's from 9am-4pm. You may drop your tax payments off in the drop box on the pillar outside as well. We mail out one official yearly tax receipt a year that will show both Summer and Winter tax payments on it.

Last day to pay Summer Taxes without interest is Monday, September 14, 2026. The tax office will be opened from 9am-5pm that day. The tax office will be closed that Wednesday, September 16th.

Both the Township and County Treasurer accept partial payments.

You are able to access any parcel you own for free as long as you create an account with BS&A. For a small convenience fee you will be able to view any parcel in the county, 24/7. Land Values & ECF Studies

Land value studies are used to determine the land value for the following year. These studies are used to determine if land values for a class or residential neighborhood need to be increased or deceased. View land values here

ECF (economic condition factor) studies adjust the assessor's use of the state-mandated cost manual to the local market. EFC compares sales against current values to determine an increase or decrease in value. View ECF studies here
